Corporate Event Décor FAQ

Corporate Event Décor Questions, Answered

Operational answers for corporate buyers — coverage, brand matching, venues, lead times, installation and what our team needs in order to quote.

Do you provide corporate event décor throughout Silicon Valley?

Yes. Balloon Décor serves corporate events throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, San Jose and the greater Bay Area, including Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Mateo, Oakland and the East Bay. Balloon Décor is a service-area business that travels to the venue and does not operate an office in each city.

Can you match a company’s brand colors?

Yes. Colors are matched against your brand reference before anything is produced. Most brand palettes are not standard balloon colors, so this is done at the design stage rather than on the event day. Where an exact match is not achievable in available materials, our team will say so and propose the closest workable scheme instead of delivering an approximation without warning.

Do you install décor at hotels and conference venues?

Yes. Completed hotel and conference venue projects include the BAMM conference and a separate corporate conference at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and an annual corporate event at the Oakland Marriott. Installation is planned around the property’s access window, attachment and rigging rules, load-in route and breakdown time.

Can you create décor for product launches and grand openings?

Yes. Launch projects in the portfolio include a Samsung app launch in San Francisco and a Google product launch and new office event in Santa Clara. Opening projects include MINISO, Fabletics, Smart & Final, Face Foundrie, a Nissan dealership and the Crunch Fitness gym opening in Gilroy, plus office openings for Google in Sunnyvale, AppsFlyer, Link1 in Palo Alto and Veza Technologies.

Do you handle installation and breakdown?

Yes. Balloon Décor delivers, installs on site and coordinates breakdown after the event. One team handles all three, so the décor does not need supervision from your event staff during setup or removal.

How early should a company request a proposal?

The earlier a date is confirmed, the more options are available — particularly for large installations, hotel venues with restricted access windows, and the year-end season, which is the busiest period of the calendar. Send the date, venue and brief and our team will confirm what is possible for that date.

What information do you need to prepare a proposal?

Five things cover most enquiries: the event date, the venue or address, what the event needs to achieve, your brand colors if the décor should match them, and any existing signage or branded material the installation should be composed around. Photographs of the space or the storefront are useful where you have them.

Can you work in an office where nothing may be attached to the building?

Yes, and it is a common restriction in leased office space. Freestanding and no-fixing formats cover it — organic columns, floor-standing arches, helium décor and clear bubble installations all install and remove without touching the structure.

Can you install ceiling or hanging décor?

Where the venue permits it. Rigging points, ceiling height and load limits are confirmed with the venue before a hanging installation is agreed. The hanging silver balloon sphere installation in San Francisco is a published example of this kind of work.

Do you work with event agencies, venue teams and executive assistants?

Yes. Enquiries come from corporate event managers, workplace and office teams, executive assistants, brand and marketing managers, event agencies working on behalf of a client, and hotel or venue event sales teams. The proposal, the installation plan and the breakdown schedule are written to be handed on to whoever is coordinating the event.

Do you provide floral styling as well as balloon décor?

Floral styling is offered alongside balloon décor rather than as a standalone floral service. The completed corporate floral work in the portfolio consists of floral balloon centerpieces for the NorCal Retail Forum in Richmond and flower-themed balloon columns for an MSA corporate celebration in the Bay Area.

Are the projects shown on this site real completed installations?

Yes. Every image in the portfolio is a photograph of finished work at a real corporate event, taken on site once the installation was complete. Photographs are colour-corrected and retouched in post-production the way any professional event photography is, but nothing in the portfolio depicts an installation that was not built.

How is a corporate event décor project priced?

Every project is quoted individually from the brief, because scale, installation format, venue access and breakdown requirements differ from event to event. Balloon Décor does not publish a price list. Send the event details and you will receive a written proposal.

How do we get in touch?

Email info@balloondecor.org or call 650-333-8937. You can also send the event date, venue and brief through the corporate event request form, and our team will respond with décor options, installation requirements and next steps.

Anything not covered here is best answered against a real brief. Send the event date and venue through the corporate event proposal request and our team will respond directly.

For evidence rather than answers, the corporate event décor portfolio lists every completed project, and the Bay Area service areas page shows which projects were delivered in which city.

Planning a Corporate Event in the Bay Area?
