Who We Are and How to Work With Us
Balloon Décor is a San Francisco Bay Area event décor company specializing in corporate environments. We design and install branded balloon installations, event décor and floral styling for companies, organizations and venues.
Who we work with. Our clients are corporate event managers, workplace and office teams, executive assistants, brand marketers, event agencies and hotel or venue event sales teams. This site covers corporate work only.
Where we work. Based in South San Francisco, California. Serving San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area. That includes South San Francisco, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Oakland and the wider East Bay.
What kinds of events. Product launches and brand activations, technology conferences and summits, grand openings and office openings, corporate galas, anniversaries and awards nights, branded balloon installations, and corporate floral styling.
What proves it. Balloon Décor has completed more than 950 events. Our corporate portfolio includes projects for Google, Samsung, AWS, Databricks, Asana AI, MINISO, Fabletics, Nissan, Crunch Fitness, IBEW Local 617 and the BAMM conference at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, with real photography from each installation.
