Corporate Event Décor for San Francisco & Bay Area Companies

Complete corporate event styling for Bay Area companies — branded installations, entrances, backdrops and floor décor, designed around your brand and installed at your venue.

Corporate Décor Designed Around Your Brand

The difference between corporate décor and event decoration is where the design starts. Corporate décor starts from the company: the palette in the brand book, the way the logo is used, the tone the organization holds with its own people and customers. Everything after that is execution.

In practice this means matching colors against a brand reference before anything is produced, because most brand palettes are not standard balloon colors and an approximate match is visible immediately. It also means knowing when to hold back. An installation built from a Google or Samsung palette needs to be accurate; a company with no strong color identity is usually better served by a restrained neutral or metallic scheme than by an invented one.

The work in this portfolio shows both approaches — Databricks in burgundy, peach, cream and clear; Arcellx in purple, teal and white; a high-end San Francisco event in premium neutrals — and the deciding factor each time was what the company already looked like, not a house style.

Balloon Installations for Offices, Hotels and Event Venues

Three venue types cover most corporate work, and each imposes its own constraints before a single design decision is made.

Offices are working buildings. Décor has to be installed and removed without disrupting the floor, it cannot occupy space people need, and in a downtown tower it has to arrive through a booked loading dock and a freight elevator other tenants are also using. Hotels and conference venues run to a schedule: the build happens between the previous booking and the event, attachment and rigging are governed by house rules, and the room is cleared at a fixed time. Event spaces and campuses sit between the two, usually with site access approval and a defined vendor window.

Balloon Décor has installed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, the Oakland Marriott, AMC Metreon, Westfield Valley Fair, technology campuses across Silicon Valley and offices throughout San Francisco. In each case the venue's rules set the plan, not the other way around.

Corporate Celebrations, Galas and Team Events

Company events cover a wide range of formats: galas and awards nights with a stage and a program, anniversaries that mark a milestone, holiday parties, all-hands gatherings, seasonal office events and internal celebrations that run for an afternoon.

These formats differ in what they need from décor. An awards night concentrates almost all of its value at the stage, because every presentation photograph includes whatever is behind and above the speaker. A seated luncheon needs the front of the room and the tables treated separately. An office event needs décor that changes how a familiar floor feels and then comes down cleanly so the space works the next morning.

The portfolio includes the IBEW Local 617 gala and conference in San Mateo, the GRAIL and Learning Policy Institute tenth-anniversary celebrations, the Daly City Partnership 50th Anniversary Luncheon, an annual corporate event at the Oakland Marriott, and themed company events for Skyline Construction and Intuit.

Branded Backdrops, Entrances and Photo Moments

Most corporate events now produce more photography than printed material, which changes what décor is for. A backdrop is not decoration at the edge of the room; it is the surface most of the event's images will be taken against, and it will still be circulating in internal decks and social posts weeks later.

Entrances do a different job. An arch or a pair of columns tells guests they have arrived at the right place — useful at a hotel running several events on the same floor, and essential at a storefront where passers-by are the audience. A photo moment is a deliberate third element: a defined place to stand, obvious enough that guests use it without being directed.

Balloon Décor builds all three, and the decision about which an event actually needs is worth making early. A single well-placed backdrop frequently does more than décor spread thinly across a whole room.

Bay Area Installation and Breakdown

Design is the visible part of the job. The reliable part is the schedule: arriving when the venue says the dock is free, building inside the window, and returning to take everything down when the event ends.

Balloon Décor handles delivery, on-site installation and coordinated breakdown as one service. That matters more on corporate work than it does elsewhere, because the client is usually an event manager, a workplace lead or an executive assistant running several vendors at once, and décor that needs supervision is décor that costs them time.

Balloon Décor serves corporate events throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, San Jose and the greater Bay Area. Balloon Décor is a service-area business that delivers across the region — there is no office in each city, and none is claimed.

Corporate Capabilities

What Is Included on a Corporate Project

Corporate décor is an execution problem as much as a design one. These are the parts of the job Balloon Décor takes on.

  • Brand color matching

Colors selected against your brand reference before production, not approximated on the day.

  • Venue-aware planning

Designs planned around ceiling height, attachment rules, dock access and the install window the venue allows.

  • Entrances, backdrops and stage surrounds

Arches, columns, garlands and backdrops sized to the space rather than to a standard template.

  • Table and floor-level décor

Centerpieces, helium bouquets and floor pieces for seated events where the tables matter as much as the stage.

  • Single-day and multi-session events

Installations built once to serve a working conference by day and a formal program in the evening.

  • Delivery, installation and breakdown

One team handles transport, on-site build and clearing the space after the event.
