Branded Balloon Installations

Most brand palettes are not standard balloon colors, so matching them is a real exercise done against the brand reference before anything is produced. It is also the single most common request corporate clients make. The brand-color helium décor delivered in SoMa, the branded columns in purple, teal and white for the Arcellx corporate event and shuttle departure, and the Athena HQ office event were all built this way.

Balloon Décor has completed several installations for Google teams in the Bay Area — an office event combining an arch, a garland and presentation décor, an office arch in San Francisco, helium décor for an office event, and an office opening in Sunnyvale. Each used the same recognizable palette at a scale suited to the specific space.

Format follows the venue. Entrance arches and columns in San Francisco built a composed threshold for a luxury corporate event: columns set the width of the approach, arches close it overhead. Where nothing may be attached to the building at all, helium and clear bubble décor do the job: no fixings, a small footprint, and a setup and removal time measured in a fraction of what a structural build takes.

Not every installation is built from a logo. Several projects here are organized around a deliberately limited palette instead — teal and gold in SoMa, premium neutrals and metallics for a high-end San Francisco event, silver and metallic tones for a modern corporate event. Restraint is what keeps these reading as contemporary design rather than as event supply, particularly in office and hotel interiors with finishes of their own.
