Corporate Event Décor Service Areas Across the Bay Area

Balloon Décor serves corporate events throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, San Jose and the greater Bay Area.

A Service-Area Business, Not an Office in Every City

Balloon Décor delivers corporate event décor across the San Francisco Bay Area. It does not operate a branch, showroom or office in each of the cities listed below, and this site does not claim one. Every project is delivered, installed and broken down at the client’s venue by a team travelling to it.

This page exists because corporate buyers reasonably want to know whether a vendor regularly works in their city, and what evidence there is. Rather than publishing a separate page for each city with the same text and a different name substituted in, the coverage is presented once, with the real projects recorded in each area linked from it.

Where the published archive contains no project in a particular city, the entry says so. An empty entry means no completed project has been documented and cleared for publication there — not that the area is outside the service range.

Where We Work

Cities, Regions and the Projects Completed in Them

Each entry links to case studies whose recorded location falls in that area.

San Francisco

The largest share of the published portfolio sits in San Francisco: launches, technology events, conferences, office openings, holiday parties and branded installations, in offices, hotels, cinemas and event spaces. Downtown buildings set most of the practical constraints — a shared lobby, a booked loading dock and a freight elevator other tenants are also using — so installations arrive in components and are built on the floor.

SoMa, San Francisco

SoMa holds a dense concentration of technology and creative offices, and the work there is typically office-scale: helium décor and brand-color installations delivered around building hours, dock access and elevator booking rather than built as large structures.

South San Francisco

South San Francisco is within the standard service area and is reached on the same terms as the rest of the Peninsula. It sits close to the SFO hotel corridor, where Balloon Décor has installed conference work.

No project in the published archive is recorded specifically in South San Francisco. Nearby completed work at the SFO hotel corridor is listed under the Peninsula.

San Mateo & the Peninsula

Peninsula work runs from hotel conference venues near the airport through to corporate galas and awards formats. The IBEW Local 617 gala and conference in San Mateo was built once to serve a working conference stage by day and the formal evening program in the same room; two conference projects were installed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport.

Daly City

North Peninsula work includes community and partnership events as well as corporate ones. The Daly City Partnership 50th Anniversary Luncheon combined a backdrop for the front of the room with helium bouquets in blue, teal and white at table level.

Palo Alto & Menlo Park

Offices here are frequently a floor or a suite rather than a campus building, so décor is sized to the space: enough to change how it feels on the day, not so much that people have to walk around it. The Link1 office opening in Palo Alto is the published example.

No project in the published archive is recorded specifically in Menlo Park or Redwood City. Both are within the standard service area.

Sunnyvale & Mountain View

Silicon Valley campus work is scheduled with the workplace or facilities team and completed inside an approved access window, because the building keeps operating around the installation. The Google office opening in Sunnyvale was delivered on that basis.

No project in the published archive is recorded specifically in Mountain View. It is within the standard service area.

Santa Clara

Santa Clara covers launches and workplace events for technology employers. The Google product launch and new office event combined an outward-facing product moment with the opening of a new workplace, and the installation was produced in the Google brand colors.

Silicon Valley

Used here as the regional label for the Santa Clara Valley technology corridor. Projects recorded at this level include a Databricks corporate office event with an organic arch in burgundy, peach, cream and clear, and an Intuit Halloween office event restricted to black and white.

San Jose & the South Bay

South Bay work covers professional services offices and retail activations. A law firm office opening in San Jose was kept in a corporate register so the new office read as opened rather than decorated, and a storefront brand activation was installed at Westfield Valley Fair within the center's vendor access rules.

Oakland & the East Bay

East Bay projects include hotel-venue corporate events and industry forums. An annual corporate event at the Oakland Marriott was coordinated with the in-house banquet team, and the NorCal Retail Forum in Richmond took a balloon arch for the room with floral balloon centerpieces for the tables.

Beyond the Bay Area

Balloon Décor travels beyond the immediate Bay Area when the schedule allows. The Crunch Fitness gym opening in Gilroy and a corporate helium balloon bouquet for an event in Sonoma are both published examples.

Every project is listed in the complete corporate event décor portfolio.
