A technology summit generates more photography than almost any other corporate format, and most of it is taken against whatever surface happens to be behind the subject. The metallic organic backdrop created for AWS Tech Summit 2025 in San Francisco — blue, teal, white and marble — was built for exactly that role: varied enough to look designed at close range, coherent enough to read as one clean shape in a wide shot, and finished in metallics that hold depth under event lighting.

Two projects in this category were installed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The BAMM conference took a large-scale installation in the event brand colors, sized so delegates read the event identity across a room where a smaller piece would simply disappear. A separate conference at the same property took blue-and-white entrance arches, which solve a different problem: telling delegates which of several doors on a busy conference floor is theirs.

Hotel projects are planned around the property's rules — attachment and rigging limits, load-in routes, the hours a vendor team may occupy the space, and when the room has to be cleared.

The organic balloon arch built for a Databricks corporate office event in Silicon Valley used burgundy, peach, cream and clear — an unusually considered palette for a tech office, and the reason the project reads as design rather than decoration. Asana AI, MATS and an AI industry corporate event are smaller installations delivered to the same standard, each built from the colors specified for the event.

Campus and office work is scheduled with the workplace or facilities team and completed inside an approved access window, because the building keeps operating around the installation.
