Google Android XR Balloon Arch in the San Francisco Bay Area

The fixed point of this installation was not the doorway but the Android XR display wall the office had already put up. Everything the décor did had to serve that surface: frame it, draw people toward it and stay clear of the graphics themselves.

That constraint is common in workplace product moments. The branded surface goes in first and the décor arrives afterwards, so the installation is measured against something already on the wall rather than designed on a blank plan.

The arch runs up both sides of the wall and closes across the top, built as an organic cluster rather than an even garland so the density changes along its length. Blue, red, yellow and green are grouped in blocks instead of alternated, which keeps each colour readable from across the room.

Clear balloons with dark inserts and a Google logo balloon at the base of the wall carry the detail at close range, and a low cluster on the floor finishes the composition where the arch meets the carpet.
