Everything Points at the Stage

An awards night has one recurring shot: a person on stage, holding something, being photographed. Every one of those images includes whatever is behind and above them, which makes the stage surround the highest-value square footage in the room.

Stage Arch and Bouquets

A stage arch frames the presentation area from above, so award photographs are composed rather than incidental. Helium bouquets carried the same red, royal blue and gold out across the floor, tying the guest tables to the stage instead of leaving the color confined to the front of the room.

Bouquets suit an awards format for a practical reason as well: they add height at table level without taking the surface space that place settings, programs and glassware need, and they can be positioned after the room is set rather than before.

Awards and Recognition Event Décor on the Peninsula

Balloon Décor delivers awards night, recognition and end-of-year event décor across the Peninsula and San Mateo County, with stage installations sized to the room and the presentation format.

A closely comparable project is the IBEW Local 617 gala and conference in San Mateo, which used the same red, royal blue and gold palette in a different configuration — a full backdrop with stage columns rather than an arch and bouquets.

This project sits under corporate party, gala & company celebration décor, and appears alongside comparable work in the corporate galas & celebrations portfolio.
