Daly City Partnership 50th Anniversary Luncheon Décor

A luncheon is a seated, daytime event with a program and a room full of tables. Décor has to work at two levels at once — the front of the room where remarks and photographs happen, and the tables where guests spend the whole event.

The backdrop handled the front of the room. Helium bouquets covered the rest: they add height at table level without taking up space people need, and they carry color into the middle of a room that a single feature wall cannot reach. Blue, teal and white kept the palette bright and civic rather than corporate.

Balloon Décor serves Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno and the north Peninsula, working with community organizations, public agencies and local partnerships on anniversaries, luncheons and recognition events.
