Google Office Opening Décor in Sunnyvale

An office opening is aimed inward. The audience is the people who will work in the building every day, and the event marks a change in where the team sits rather than a public launch. Décor for that occasion needs to feel like a welcome, and it needs to come down cleanly so the space is usable the next morning.

Silicon Valley campus buildings add an approval layer that city offices do not. Site access, badging, delivery routes and the hours a vendor may be on the floor are all agreed in advance with the workplace or facilities team, and a design that cannot be built inside that window is the wrong design regardless of how it looks in a proposal.

Built in the Google brand colors, the installation used the company's own palette rather than a generic celebration scheme. Balloon Décor coordinated with the site team on access, installed within the assigned window and removed the décor afterward.

This is one of several Google projects in the portfolio, alongside a product launch and new office event in Santa Clara, an office event combining an arch, a garland and presentation décor, an office arch in San Francisco and helium décor for an office event. The palette stays constant across all of them; the scale changes with the space.

Balloon Décor supports office openings, floor moves and campus events for technology employers across Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara and Palo Alto. Work in these buildings is scheduled with the workplace or facilities team and completed inside the approved access window.
