An Office Event With a Theme
March Madness office events are internal, informal and held around a working week. The décor turns a normal floor into somewhere the team wants to gather, and it has to do that without interfering with the desks, routes and rooms people still need to use.
Theme Handled Through Color
Orange and black do the thematic work here — the basketball reference is carried by the palette rather than by novelty props — while navy and silver keep the installation tied to the company's own branding. It is a useful example of how a themed corporate event can stay recognizably corporate.
The garland provided the horizontal element, running along a surface or edge to change the character of the space, and the branded columns anchored the room at floor level.
