Wizard of Oz Themed Corporate Event Décor in San Francisco

Themed corporate events are the most demanding kind of décor work, because the theme has to be recognizable within seconds and still look like something an employer would commission. Guests should read the reference without the room turning into a stage set.

This project ran the theme across two distinct motifs — an Emerald City treatment and a Glinda treatment — which gave the event more than one place to look and let different parts of the room hold different moments.

The palette does the identifying work. Emerald green is the single color most associated with the story, and pink carries the Glinda reference, so guests place both without any literal props being required.

Arches provided the large-scale structure and centerpieces brought the same palette down to table level, where guests spend most of a seated event. Eight images record the finished installation.
